About Gaiso
I am Gaiso, 500 RYT Ashtanga and yin instructor. Throughout years of experience teaching Yoga in Stockholm and Dubai, I have developed a unique approach that promotes physical well-being, mindfulness, and a conscious connection to the choices we make in life. I offer one on one, group classes, and organize and participate in international yoga retreats.
